Liquid or Chewable Vitamins for Skin Care.

When your physician suggest some vitamin for your skin care it could be either in form of chewable vitamins or liquid skin care vitamins. Pertinent question for you is which one would be better for you.

On average half of the American people use some sort of vitamin supplement daily. Most of them fail to appreciate the fact that nearly 90% of the ingredients in such supplements are not absorbed by their anatomy. In result they come out of the body in form of wastes and it virtually washes out any good affects that could occur by their use.

Pills are the most popular form of vitamin intake. In the past such pills were considered to be the best forms and the sole vitamin sources. Gradually the pills are being replaced by liquid vitamin intakes that are found to be much more effective as they dissolve much faster and also easily in your system. Neither the pills that are swallowed nor the chewable pills can give the same result as the liquid form of vitamins.

For people who are constantly on the move and therefore require more nutrients than others, vitamin supplements are essential. Food cannot be replaced by vitamins but the later can give you nutrients as well as minerals you require regularly.
