March is nutrition month across Canada, and a great time for all of us to review our eating habits. Eating a nutritious and balanced diet is one of the best ways to protect your good health, but it’s not always easy.
It’s a hectic world out there and sometimes we eat too much of what we shouldn’t and not enough of what we should. Healthy eating doesn’t happen by accident - planning is key when it comes to adding healthy eating to a hectic lifestyle. Enjoying a variety of foods, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and keeping in mind the portion sizes is a great start.
And if you want to look and feel your best, then add some physical activity into your daily routine.
