Dialogue today.

I will create one new category for Dialogue section. The reason for me to come up with this idea is because I really feel that this kind of discussion really can benefit the people who dare spend their time and come to this blog.
So for today dialogue, let’s see if you are facing the same situation like this:
I am a 19-year-old female who has been on the injected contraceptive for the past five months. But lately I have been having some problems, in the form of ’spotting’ and heavy bleeding. I was told to drink wild callaloo bush tea, which seemed to help. Also, I am due for the next jab on March 28. Should I go ahead?
The hormonal contraceptive injection is highly effective in preventing pregnancy, but the big problem with it is its effect on the periods. In some women, the menses disappear entirely for a while. In others, the jab causes irregular bleeding, such as you have experienced.
You should certainly ask for a vaginal check-up from the doctor on March 28. But I am a little doubtful as to whether you should have a further jab on that date. Maybe your body has had enough of the hormone for the moment.
I am an 18-year-old girl, who is sexually active. Every time I have intercourse with my boyfriend, I start getting urinary troubles. There is pain on passing urine, and I have to ‘go’ real frequently. Why?
You are getting attacks of cystitis, which is inflammation of the bladder. This is very often caused from sex - particularly the rather clumsy kind of sex that tends to happen with young, inexperienced couples! What you must do now is to take a specimen of your urine to a doctor. She will have it tested, and if necessary she will prescribe you an antibiotic. She will also give you advice concerning intimate hygiene.
Interesting dialogue right?
If you want to read more about this category, make sure you come again to this blog tomorrow. I will try my best to make this blog as one of your favorite blog.
